Mike beat me to it - Welcome!

About an hour north of you is Locust Grove, GA and Kent Gorton does transition training in an RV-6. Kent is a great instructor but has a few "day jobs" so it may take a couple days to reach him by phone/email. Once you start training, his is 100% focused on getting you up to speed and safe.

thank you for the link. i went there and called him. i will start my transition training on sat morning since he is only an hour away and is available... Oh now i am getting excited to fly.. weather be good, weather be good............

I did my transition training with Kent. You will enjoy it. I am bringing my aircraft over to him for its annual on Monday.
