Nothing fancy - took about 10 minutes to make out of some scrap. You need the tripod mount from gopro

Anybody use the audio jack?

I see that the HD Hero2 has a 3.5 stereo mic jack. Anybody know if I can pickup cockpit audio using this jack. My hope/thought is to just use my extra headphone jack and plug directly into the Hero2. Anybody tried or know if it'll work?

You don't need the tripod if you have the little mounts that attach like a sticker. My dad has a couple on our Bonanza and it doesn't have any problems unless we put the camera on the underside of the tail.
