I am ordering an engine for my -10.

I have the option of Superior or Lycoming cylinders...

Here is a dumb question. Does anyone have and opinion for or against?:D

I would call Rhonda at Barrett Precision Engines. She's helped me immensely with engine options and now have a solid idea of what I'm going to end up with.

Yep

Yes she is very helpful. Just sent a deposit today. She said that they are about the same. I am leaning towards the Superior though, as I had those cylinders on a different engine and had no issues...

Just thought I would query the brain trust...

I believe I will be using the B&C alternator and the Plane Power starter, though...

I was told at Lycon that the Lycoming cylinders flow better stock, and have more potential with porting.
