Your SkyView 9 pin network cable has two communication networks, each using two wires. The SkyView compares the two network as being operational, and in agreement. This error message tends to mean:
- A 9 pin connector is not fully seated.
- A pin may have been push back.
- A wire was cut.
Go through and unplug the replug components until you find the problem.
I forgot how, but, the D1000T will tell you which wire pair is the problem (it was in the installation manual). In my case, it was a wire pulled out of a pin in the elevator servo DB9. Since the servo is about the hardest to get to, it was, of course, the one with the problem! If your stuff is like mine, skip to the hardest to reach part first.
I had the same proble. I pulled the network cables, cleaned the connectors, reinstalled the cables and added additional tie wraps to secure the cables. Problem went away.
