Need RV-8 Pre-buy Inspection: Lansing, MI

I'm interested in an RV-8 airframe, mostly completed, for sale near Lansing, MI. I am AD USAF and stationed in Tucson; looking for an A&P or an experienced builder local to the seller who can conduct a pre-buy inspection for me.

The seller also has a disassembled IO-360 and Hartzell prop that would be worth taking a look at.

Pre-Buy Inspection

There is an experienced builder in St. Johns, Michigan just north of Lansing. His name is Robert Parker. Google Tripp Creek Airport for his phone number. He has seen several RVs go together, including 3 RV-8s (one was his own, and one was mine).
