Wow - the wings and tail are different, as is the fuselage, canopy and cowling.....looks more like a one-off design to me! The FAA lists it as an "SPAB" built by JSBKI. It's an interesting airplane - I wonder what parts of an RV-3 he used?

Looks like just the name. Interesting plane, though. It looks like some of the early unlimited aerobatic monoplanes that were built in the late 70's-early 80's as folks realized you had to have a monoplane to participate at the top levels of aerobatics.
