Recently the Great Folks at Dynon Avionics (Steve H) took care of a problem I was having with my SV-COM-425. I contacted their tech services folks, and after a few troubleshooting attempts, Steve promptly took care of my needs by sending me an exchange SV-COM-425, which resolved the problem. This all took place in about 4 days. I know of no other company that stands behind their products so well as Dynon Avionics does.
For Christmas, I am hoping that they will release their GPS-2020 ;-)
