Meske Tip Up/Slider Canopy Mod instructions

I was wondering if anyone out there could email me a copy of the instructions for the Meske Tip Up/Slider Canopy Mod. I have a kit, but no instructions on how to install it.

I installed the kit this summer. There are a few things that I changed during the installation. One was to countersink the canopy rail for the screws attaching the rails to the canopy side supports. I've got the entire process documented on my Kitlog website, if you would like some reference photos.
