Mechanical Fuel Pump Vent Line

Hello,

Do you have any suggestions on a good place/area to run your mechanical fuel pump vent line? (I would like to keep it away from the exhaust.)

The FF drawings, if you have them, show this.... Uses a plastic pipe that exits via a small AL pipe through the lower cowling hinge aft part just forward of the firewall - displaced laterally from the exhaust.
