Max unreinforced hole size in subpanel

Help me figure out the notation on RV-10 plans page 41-3. I want to put a couple of 2 1/8" holes in the sub panel for routing of some of the wiring. I am not sure how to read the notation for the max size allowed without reinforcement.

Is it 2"?

If so, I guess I will need to add some reinforcement around each hole.

Yep, 2" is the max size for an unreinforced hole. The verbiage on 41-2 is clearer than the note on Fig 1.

Go ahead and make the biggest holes you can, with the correct reinforcement. You will be glad later that you did.
