Manitowish Waters

Flying to Manitowish Waters (D25) this weekend (weather permitting) to visit friends, never been to this part of the country before so is there anything I need to know or be aware off weather wise this time of year?

Watch for deer on the runways; the grass was in good condition when I was there last year. There is gas at the airport even if the map and AFD show otherwise.

Never landed there but drove by it many times. If you see a formation of black ultralights in the pattern, that's just the mosquitos waiting for you to land.
