Just fit my gear legs to the weldments to match drill them. The fit is very tight and requires some force to get them in the tubes, is this normal or is there any reaming that should be done. Just concerned that once the weldment is mounted it will be very hard to get the gear leg in. Got no where with a search for this topic. Thanks for any help.

I had to take some of the powder coat off of the legs that was interfering with the gear weldment. Scraped it off with a razor blade and then it fit perfectly. Just measure down the length of the weldment, then transfer that to the gear leg and mark. If I recall it was over 1/2" too much powder coat up the leg.
