Mags, which Slick or Bendix ?

I have purchased an O-360-A1D which normally comes with Bendix mags. The supplier has offered to install Slick Mags. Any comments

For Service and Parts, if you're going with a mag... I would go Slick for sure.

For any of you Bendix haters I am a buyer for a pair of Bendix, S4LN20 and S4LN21. Anything from cores to airworthy.

Bendix or Slick?

When I ordered my engine from Aerosport Power I asked for dual P-Mags. I got a credit for the mechanical mags and they installed the P-Mags. I also took the auto plugs ($3 a pair) and harness. P-Mags work like a charm. No parts to wear out, dead smooth operation and average mag drop on run up is 20 RPM.
