Lunch / Fuel stop recommendation for IA/MO?

I am going to be making a run from St. Paul MN to north central Arkansas and back in the near future and was wondering what would be a good lunch stop for both me and the airplane in north central Missouri or south central Iowa?

Any gouge would be greatly appreciated!

Probably too far south, but here's a few.

STJ has a C130 training base class D with approach and a restaurant.

K81 has decent BBQ (We-B-Smokin)and fuel.

M17 has decent fuel and good restaurant.

MO9 is a crop duster strip with no fuel but the Hangar Kafe is really good.

KGPH

KGPH (Midwest National) is a nice airport. Courtesy car is available and Wabash barbecue is a few miles away and has amazing ribs. Gas is reasonable. Disclaimer: my home airport.

Have a great trip.
