lower wing mating to fuse center bottom skin

Can anyone tell me what size screw is called for in the detail for attaching F-776 to W-704-L bottom inboard skin on a 7. I'm missing drawing 38 and the notebook does not show the neccessary detail. I believe they are 10-24 but just wanted to check before completion
