Lots of bird movement.

Took a short flt to Topaz lake this morning and encountered several flocks of large birds flying north. Theses guys were at 8,000 Ft! I don't know how fast they fly but, scanning outside, and then one or two seconds later I'm pulling up to evade. If I was doing cockpit chores for more than three seconds it could of been real bad.

Same here.

Last week I almost mowed down a flock of Geese heading northeast at 4,500 feet.

You would think that as much as they fly they would know the hemipherical rules!

I too have noticed increased enemy activity over the last couple of weeks. Numerous squadrons of B-1RDs have been seen around the airfield. I have also successfully engaged and defeated numerous B-UGS as well...mostly by ramming them.
