I broke my 3 year old lightspeed Zulu by sitting on it. Sent it in to be fixed and they returned it completely overhauled looking brand new. Total cost was zero! Cant beat that for customer service!

Same for me, I have 4 Zulu headsets in my 10.
Just ordered new ear seals after 700 hours of use and with those installed
they are as good as new.
Service has always been exceptional from Lightspeed.
