Life limit on engine mounts?

Is there a life limit on the "Van's standard large cup Dynafocal engine mount" in either hours or years? Do the bolts need to retorqued regularly? It seems like my engine has sagged a little more each year. After 10 years and 1100 hrs., the sag is more noticeable than before.

The bolts are torqued against a rigid spacer in between the rubber isolators, so it's unlikely that they will need a retorque unless there was excessive paint between the mounting surfaces.

There are inspection limits on the LORD website which provides acceptable/not acceptable sag.

Are we talking about the welded engine mount or the rubber engine isolators? I assume the latter.
