Leatherette Boot for Control Sticks

I want add leatherette boot covers to seal the openings at the base of the control sticks. I assume everyone uses leatherette shift boot from a car. Any advice on what boot to buy? Also, how to fasten to aluminum bulkhead?

The boots Abby sells fit perfectly and she can make them out of leather if you like. She made the interior for my 2nd 12 to my specifications and blew it out of the park. All leather, much taller seat backs and longer seat bottoms, bigger pockets, lumbar support, etc. She is very easy to work with and very reasonable.
