If it's not started, you are in luck. Examine the parts (if in person) or have them take detailed photos of all parts. Blue film = no LCP. No blue film means it could be LCP. Some parts have been LCP long before this fiasco, so that isn't the only thing to consider. Most parts with stickers have dates of manufacture, so you can match those dates with the spreadsheet. Also, examining the quality of the holes, looking for roughness and notches, is a quick way to ID the bad LCPs.
