LANDOLL Harmonic Dampener

Has anyone used one with a Sensenich prop? And can you still get the prop/engine balanced with it installed?

How about going back to the original Lycoming boat anchor starter?

That should give 10-12 pounds up front.

I would rather put 10-12 lbs of fixed ballast or larger battery up front instead of giving up my high torque lightweight starter.

I have balanced props with the inertia ring (just a weight) but have declined balancing the one with the fluid inside, would be a waste of time.

Looking for installation information for the harmonic dampener. Specifically, what bolt is used to attach the plate that ties the dampener to the crankshaft. Does anyone have a copy of the install instructions or contact information for the person who took over the manufacture after Mark retired?

Thanks,
