Well, I sent the specs to Aircraft Engravers and they made them for me. The stick graphic I made from a photo and then they had to turn it into a CAD file. It looks even better with the switches in, but I'm too busy with sand/fill/repeat on the cabin top and doors to fool with it right now. My test labels were not real Gucci:
Question for you - did you use Weldon for the windows, and if so, what's the best way to take care of the ooze inside? I managed to keep the outside clean, but by the time I flipped the door over to check inside that stuff was rock hard. i'm thinking dremel tool or some kind of caulk/fillet over it. Or maybe there's some trim that can cover it up?
