KHQZ: Mesquite (now has tower!)

I haven't been over there in awhile, but a friend of mine flew over there yesterday.

As a PIREP, he informed me that the airport now has a control tower, although it is NOT on the current sectionals. Just an FYI for anyone local and/or planning a trip through Mesquite, TX.
