Yesterday was just a perfect day over the north Georgia mountains. Wind had died down and the temps were up in the high 30's. We just had to have a hundred dollar hamburger.
A friend in is P210 and I decided to head to the Habersham airport in Cornelia, GA. and see what we could come up with.
When we got there they lent us the airport car and off we went to the Steakhouse cafe for an absolutely outstanding hamburger and friendly service. Back at the airport we had a good visit with Mannon Thomason and drooled over his polished RV8, watched a friends son finish his tailwheel endorsement and then headed back to Dahlonega.
On trip over I shot photo's of his 210 and on the way back he shot a few of me.
Overall, a great way to enjoy a winter day in Georgia.
