IO-320 D1A Magneto time and Spark Gap

Gentlemen, I am probably being intellectually challenged, but cannot find in my Lycoming manual the values for the Spark Plug Gap and Magneto time for my Io-320D1A.

Please help a special ed student and gimme these values so I can plug them into my Engine Log. I have my DAR inspection in several weeks.

Timing is on the motor id plate. Massive plugs are .18 to .22
