Inverted Oil System - Component Location

I do understand that these systems add to the complexity, weight and maintenance with often little true need.

Anyway, I'm still working on the firewall layout and wanted some input on the inverted oil system. I have done extensive searching on this site and others. This location appears to be the acceptable for the oil separator and oil valve.

It look like the main goals are to have the center port on the oil valve at the same level as the sump fitting, be vertical and the hose runs should be as direct as possible. The hose location is a little longer in this position. The other option would be to mount it on the horizontal section of the engine mount. The valve is fairly heavy and it would be more difficult to secure it there.

The separator needs to be as high as possible and the bottom needs to be at least 2 inches above the top of the sump.
