Have been insuring my RV 10 very reasonably but am getting hit with big increase this yr due to company, Aerospace, withdrawing from Vermont. Talked to Avemco who has some very good rates. They have not been competitive on my Cessna 185 in the past so was quite surprised. Anybody using Avemco?

Quotes that I received a couple months ago were from Aerospace, AIG and Global through SkySmith. Aerospace is typically less but their deductables and policy limitations are much different than AIG and Global.
Most interesting thing I noticed this year is that I had 2 different hull values quoted. For the higher value AIG and Global were within $10 of each other. For a hull value $25k lower they were $200 apart!
