Does anyone have a CAD drawing of the RV-12 instrument panel they'd be willing to share? Our production manager thought he saw one on the forum here a while back, but we can't find it.
I don't suppose you ever found a drawing? I could use one too. I suppose I may have to drag my butt over to the hangar and actually measure what I need measured. I wouldn't mind if it weren't night, it weren't raining we hadn't seen 800 overcast for the past several days.

You are welcome to use the dwg I made for my RV-12 one-piece panel. I had three test panels cut on a waterjet before arriving at this layout. Check the hole spacing in the center as I have a couple of extra holes in there. I also made a separate panel for attaching the throttle and parking brake controls, it is attached to the bottom of the F-1202-B panel base so that I can remove the panel without messing with the control cables.
I also needed a much larger bracket for my IDF540 and Garmin GTR200 so I designed a new radio bracket. Same attachment footprint as the standard RV-12 brackets. I also added a 1/2x1/2 AL angle running the entire width of the panel base to stiffen it for the weight of IDF540.
I did not use any of the Van's RV-12 electrical/avionics so this panel layout needs to be adjusted if you are using the standard wiring/switches/fuses.
