Instrument Panel attachment

I noticed that on other RV-12s there are vertical supports that the center Inst panel attaches to. My fuselage plans do not show installing these nor are they in the kit. Are these still used and if so, do they come with the avionics pkg?

Yes they come in the avionics kit, because they are dependent on what radio, etc. is being installed.
