Increasing #3 CHT

Hey - after a year or so of tinkering, I have my 10 cooling pretty well and have a pretty good balance of CHTs, with the exception of my #3 cylinder. Flying to breakfast yesterday, 1,2,4,5,&6 cylinders were all within 10 degrees, however, #3 was about 30 degrees cooler than all of the others. I should note that I have tweaked all my injectors so all cylinders peak within 0.2 gallons/hr.

I'd love to hear any suggestions (or even better pictures) as to the best way to steal a little cooling air from #3 to balance the temps even better.
