Inches from floor to seat cushion.

I've have been working on the floors and arm rests in my -8. I just built a box so I could set in it. I would like to know the distance from the floor in front of the center section to the top of the seat cushion so I could get sort of a feel for the lay of the land. thanks Lyle

Without the cushions

Vertically from the front edge of the seat ramp, the floor is 11 inches. The top front of the seat ramp is 6 inches higher than the back is, and from front to back there is 17 inches, 18 inches in mine cause I moved the seatback base an inch aft. I made my front seat cushion about 1 1/2 inches thick in the front. My cushions will be much thinner than standard cause I am 6'6" and with standard cushions in, I don't really fit, hope this helps.
