Inboard Aileron Attach Hardware

Trying to get the location of the washers correct. The hardware calls out for 3 washers. From the picture it appears the 10-L washer goes on the left side of the rod end. The 10 and the 3 washer on the right side of the rod end. Shouldn't there also be a washer under the MS21083-N3 nut? It looks like there is one in the drawing, but that would make 4 washers total.

I think your mistaking the shoulders of the rod end ball for washers. I'm seeing: nut, 960-10L, bracket, spacer, 970-3, 960-10 (ball room), rod ball, bracket (dimpled).
