Thought this was an interesting find. It's a dental mirror with a built-in LED and on/off switch. It's made by GUM and my Wife found it at the local grocery store (in this case HEB).

I have one similar to yours that I found at Sears. I imagine you paid less for yours, or rather your wife paid less for yours. My wife doesn't even know I bought mine. Congrats on your mirror AND your wife!
