Going to Vansaircraft.com and going to "the List".
Searched for "F-804L" (shown on your pic), and I see it's:
F-804L-1 FWD.SEAT BELT ATTACH. $6.05
Just for grins, I pulled up Google.com and typed in "rv-8 f-804L"
Got this...
..."I looking at dwg 11 and the f804l crotch belt anchor. On the drawing
it looks like you need 2, but unlike other components, it doesnt spell
out that 2 are required. Additionally, I find no 063 sheet in the kit
that makes sense for this part."
Searched for "F-804L" (shown on your pic), and I see it's:

When I find parts I can't readily identify, I check Chapter 4 (I think?) in the build manual, which is a spreadsheet listing part number, nomenclature, plans sheet #, material type, manufactured or material, subkit, etc. It's not 100% up to date, but has solved a lot of mysteries for me. I REALLY wish it was available electronically...
