HS904 & 905

I decided to start with the vertical stab first. While the primer dries I decided to get a jump start on the HS. I packed all the HS 904 and 905 in a box and brought them to work figuring I can get them fluted. I pulled them out of the box and they are all fluted all ready. Double checked them and they are straight. Not that I'm complaining but I don't have my preview plans with me. Is it normal for them to come this way? The ribs in the VS were not.

Must be a 9 thing. I've had to flute every rib in my 7 so far.
