HS405 Help

HS405 main rib to HS702,
Im about to match drill the skin to hs405/hs702, but I dont like the edge distance where these three parts over lap. The rivet to edge on 405 seems very close. I have tried clamps etc, but still not much changed.
Im going to post a pic tomorrow. Does anyone has a pic they could share with me please.

That's just the way that piece fits. It's normal. Build on

mine was the same way. i called tech support and they gave me the same answer...BO!
