How to clean Dynon and Garmin screens?

Neither in the manuals nor on their websites can I find instructions for cleaning the screens on my Dynon D180 and my 696. The closest that I can find is that Garmin says a lint free cloth and eye glass cleaner safe for anti-reflective coatings. Can't find anything at all in my Dynon literature.

Does anyone have any tried and true methods or products to get rid of smudges especially?

Isopropyl Alcohol is safe on plastics and is also the main ingredient (with a touch of soap) of eyeglass cleaners.

I've been using just water and a microfiber cloth with excellent results.
