How many rivets need squeezing on the RV12?

Quite a bit actually. All of the nutplates are put on with 426 3.5's or 4's and all of the hinges which of course is the entire cowling. You might also plan on using your countersinking equip. In fact, it almost seems like if there is attachment that a squeezer can reach it calls for a 426 or a 470. Otherwise of course you will be shooting approx 25000 blind rivets.

There really aren't that many when you look at it as a percentage of the total amount of work. The majority of the rivets are for nut plates and hinges as mentioned above. The 3/32 rivets are easy to squeeze. It's nice to have an extra squeezer since almost every nutplate has some dimpling involved.
