how identifying a non impulse mag

Hello,,

I have a new IO-360 with mags serials 4373 and 4370 whitch one is the non impulse??,,

I think is the 4370,, but I'm not sure,,

Correct.. 4370 is non-impulse...



Also, if you're looking at the engine, the impulse coupled one will have a spacer between it and the engine..the difference will be pretty obvious

I believe the impulse will show a timing advance of 20 degrees on the data plate , the non-impulse will show zero.

Allso, the impulse should be the left mag, and the non-impulse the right.

Thanks Alton,, actually it says 25 on the date plate and 0 in the other,,
