Horizontal Stabilizer shim

I am mounting my stabilizer on a slow build match hole fuselage. I am finding that the right spacer needs about a 0.016 shim. Who found that shims were nessesary?

Mine did too, on the left side though, it was just a little bit. Pretty normal.
