Homebuilt Avionics Bench Tester

Anybody have a lead on plans/instructions for a simple homemade avionics bench tester? One that would include a 12V battery, batter charger, and a box with a couple of switches and 3-4 different amp circuits protected by fuses? The idea would be to drive the various electonic components simply by hooking them into the correct circuit, based on its current draw; thinks like lights, flashers, servos, etc..

I just use a Radio Shack switching power supply. It's 25a. Before that, I had their 10a non-switching version, and i upgraded it to the 25a. Seems to work fine. Built-in fuse.

Just add some jumper wires with banana plugs at one end and alligator clips at the other end, and you're all set. Also get a few leads with alligator clips at both ends.

The truly cheap easy way involves a car cig lighter plug, a nice long piece of lamp cord and a couple of gator clips. The plug has its own fuse and my car will supply more juice that I could need.
