I have been tidying up some wires (under there) while my Dynons are gone for upgrade. So to hold wires steady and straight for this type of splice I made this.
If you make this type of solder splice leave a few strands long to wrap the two leads together, a bit of solder & heat shrink and viola, small and neat.
The alligator clips are from the "Shack". I flattend the teeth a little and cut half notches to hold the wires parallel. (this is a two hole model). I used the existing screws and a couple of pop rivets to hold it together.
