Help! Extreme LED landing light problem

Installed Duckworks LED landing lights in the wingtips of a RV9A. When switched on they are emitting/creating interference. It is not just a little. If listening to AWOS at a loud level, It removes the audio and seems to lower the volume of the transmission. Also it will remove the signal to the hanger stereo, tuned to 94.7 FM. Stereo by the way is connected to an outside antenna. I have removed the wing tips and tried powering the lights individually with a 12 volt battery. Problem is still there and they both seem to have the same effect so I don't think its a wire shielding problem. Have tried ferrite chokes with no change. Any Ideas for a solution?

If those were mine, I'd be contacting the manufacturer to ask if that's normal... if so, get rid of them, and if not, see if they'll fix them under warranty. Nothing should generate that much RFI.
