I live in a relatively remote part of central Alberta. Despite the marketing mottos, couriers won't deliver here. By the time I arrange to have parcels actually show up at my door they've often been handled by numerous parties, and typically look like they were shot from a canon.
The handful of extra parts that I've had to order, including the parts for another rudder, have all arrived incredibly well packed. It's often a struggle to get the parts unpacked. It's clear that whoever is working in Vans shipping dept is putting in legit effort to keep parts safe enroute.
So, cudos.
