73.5 hours in 18 years!?!? Is this a rebuild aircraft?

Not a rebuild aircraft. The plane has been in Arizona and Montana, hangared. The original owner got sick and passed. I bought it in 2022 with 37 hours on it and have worked to get it back flying and update it since then.

Guy: More info, pls: who actually built this airframe? Esp wing spar and carry through? Phlogiston? Or? And who majored the 540? Thx J
