Hangar for rent at BJC, Broomfield, Colorado

Beautiful 50' x 50' hangar with elec, bathroom, water, and heat. I already have a C182 and a RV4 in it, but have lots of room for another RV. This hangar is for storage only and not maintenance or building.
I'm asking 275/mo plus a heating premium of 25/mo during the 5 months of winter.
