Over Christmas, we drove to a steak house South of El Paso. It was listed on the Food Channel as one of the best 10 steaks in the US.
It was Indian Cliffs ranch - note, it's not part of the chain of steak places even though the url is similar...

They are in Fabens, TX and it does have an airport.

So, could one of out TX guys check it out as a fly-in lunch place for the rest of us?
If it's easy to get to from the airport, it might be a good stop after Big Bend ranch for those travelling North or West.
