HI thanks for the nie comments....as for the flaps Wellllll.... I could make up some high tech reason for taking off with full flaps but . the Truth is "I forgot to retract them" :D)

Good job on the first flight. The 774 T shirt caught my eye then I thought I reconized Sports Flyers, you confirmed that on final doing your radio call. I'm sure I saw it a few years ago at a 774 meeting.

LOL!! I bet the tail came up quick! as well as my RV8 I have a Titan Mustang and with a heavy pax in the back i use more flap on take off as the tail comes up quicker. not tried it on the 8 as it still comes up easy 2 up but i will try it next time i fly to see if its the same.
