Good Bad Elf Customer Service

I purchased the new Bad Elf Pro for my iPad at Oshkosh. I had trouble getting the synch to hold between devices. After a couple of emails to Bad Elf, last Tuesday I sent it back. Thursday they responded that my unit was bad and they were sending me a new one. Monday I received the new unit and it feeds data to both my iPad and iPod simultaneously. They paid shipping both ways.
Great customer service. This model also does logging.
