Glare shield lighting

I'm planning to get the dual color LED glare shield lighting for my -8. I can't decide which to get. The red and white or the blue and white. I want the one that I can see the best. Anyone with experience with these lighting systems? Thank You

I would recommend green

As I got older and the eyes started to go I found red is a terrible color for me for night lighting. Blue is a bit to bright, but what works best is a nice green light. I have an LED penlight that I use at night and it's great.

Maybe you can experiment in a dark room with small print material.
